Preamble<\/h2>\n

1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Respire Conforto, Unipessoal Lda.<\/strong>, with registered office at R. Santo Estev\u00e3o 193 Loja, 1685-824 Fam\u00f5es, Portugal, tax identification number 513653350<\/strong> and contact (+351) 210 987 134<\/strong><\/a>, hereinafter referred to as \u201cEdgar Vidal Climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o & Energia<\/strong>\u201d, and the persons wishing to make payments through the website w2.edgarvidal.pt<\/strong><\/a>, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cUser<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

2. The parties agree that payments made through the website w2.edgarvidal.pt<\/strong><\/a> shall be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.<\/p>\n

Article 1 \u2013 Purpose<\/h2>\n

1. The present general terms and conditions of sale aim to provide and define all the necessary information for the User regarding the scheduling and payment methods carried out on the website w2.edgarvidal.pt<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

2. These conditions regulate all the steps required to complete a booking and ensure the follow-up of the process between the Contracting Parties.<\/p>\n

Article 2 \u2013 Scheduling \/ Booking<\/h2>\n

1. The User completes their booking by finalising the purchase process presented on the website w2.edgarvidal.pt<\/strong><\/a>, by filling in the form provided for this purpose at https:\/\/edgarvidal.pt\/maintenance\/create-your-plan\/<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

2. In order to process this request, the User must:<\/p>\n

a) Complete the information and select the options made available throughout the booking completion process (equipment, type of service required, address, email, telephone contact, payment method, as well as the VAT number and the name to be included on the invoice for tax purposes).<\/p>\n

3. The final confirmation of the booking by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall be the only terms applicable to the contract thus concluded.<\/p>\n

4. Edgar Vidal Climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o & Energia<\/b><\/span> will honour online requests only within the limit of available time slots. In the event of lack of availability, Edgar Vidal Climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o & Energia<\/b><\/span> undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

5. The information included on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with amendments.<\/p>\n

6. Booking requests are valid for 8 (eight) days<\/b><\/span>, except where the booking is made under a promotional campaign that establishes a different deadline. Prices, discounts, promotions and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If the booking is not received by our services within the aforementioned period, the booking cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new booking.<\/p>\n

Article 3 \u2013 Payment<\/h2>\n

1. On the website w2.edgarvidal.pt<\/strong><\/a>, Edgar Vidal Climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o & Energia<\/b><\/span> offers the User the following payment methods via Stripe<\/b><\/span>:<\/p>\n
