Preamble

1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Respire Conforto, Unipessoal Lda., with registered office at R. Santo Estevão 193 Loja, 1685-824 Famões, Portugal, tax identification number 513653350 and contact (+351) 210 987 134, hereinafter referred to as “Edgar Vidal Climatização & Energia”, and the persons wishing to make payments through the website w2.edgarvidal.pt, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.

2. The parties agree that payments made through the website w2.edgarvidal.pt shall be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.

Article 1 – Purpose

1. The present general terms and conditions of sale aim to provide and define all the necessary information for the User regarding the scheduling and payment methods carried out on the website w2.edgarvidal.pt.

2. These conditions regulate all the steps required to complete a booking and ensure the follow-up of the process between the Contracting Parties.

Article 2 – Scheduling / Booking

1. The User completes their booking by finalising the purchase process presented on the website w2.edgarvidal.pt, by filling in the form provided for this purpose at https://edgarvidal.pt/maintenance/create-your-plan/.

2. In order to process this request, the User must:

a) Complete the information and select the options made available throughout the booking completion process (equipment, type of service required, address, email, telephone contact, payment method, as well as the VAT number and the name to be included on the invoice for tax purposes).

3. The final confirmation of the booking by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall be the only terms applicable to the contract thus concluded.

4. Edgar Vidal Climatização & Energia will honour online requests only within the limit of available time slots. In the event of lack of availability, Edgar Vidal Climatização & Energia undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.

5. The information included on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with amendments.

6. Booking requests are valid for 8 (eight) days, except where the booking is made under a promotional campaign that establishes a different deadline. Prices, discounts, promotions and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If the booking is not received by our services within the aforementioned period, the booking cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new booking.

Article 3 – Payment

1. On the website w2.edgarvidal.pt, Edgar Vidal Climatização & Energia offers the User the following payment methods via Stripe:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);

  • Multibanco Reference;

  • MB Way;

  • PayPal.

2. In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made to the User’s card immediately after confirmation of the booking of the intervention. If for any reason it is not possible to fulfil the request, the amount will be credited back to the User’s card.

Article 4 – Cancellation and Refund

The cancellation process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Edgar Vidal Climatização & Energia. The request must be submitted in writing to the contact email [email protected] within 15 days of the order. Cancellation instructions will be provided by Edgar Vidal Climatização & Energia through the same means of communication.

Whenever possible, refunds will be made using the same payment method. If this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership so that the refund can be made via bank transfer.

Edgar Vidal Climatização & Energia undertakes to refund the User within a maximum period of 30 days.

1. If the value resulting from the exchange of services in the booking is lower or higher than the initial value, the settlement conditions will be indicated by Edgar Vidal Climatização & Energia.

Applicable Law

The contract shall be governed by Portuguese law.
